Inhouse Consulting

Inhouse Consulting forms the bridge between Otto von Guericke University and the European partner universities. By providing advice and support for projects, the university public is actively encouraged in planning, implementation and reporting.

Inhouse Consulting is a sub-measure of the DAAD application “Transfer Europe - EU GREEN” and focuses on projects outside the EU GREEN work packages.

The central aim is to support university members in the implementation of ideas for their project realization in order to accelerate the implementation of their ideas.

Whats is the Inhouse Consulting?

Inhouse Consulting offers a range of consulting services designed to help give project ideas at Otto von Guericke University a European dimension quickly and with high quality. The focus is on networking between and cooperation with our European partners.

How does the Inhouse Consulting work?

The consultation process starts with an initial meeting where the idea is presented by the initiator. This is followed by a research and potential analysis by the consultant, who makes a recommendation for action and suggests further steps. This is followed by further consultations with specific tools to support implementation.

In the consulting process, we identify the appropriate tools together.
Best practice includes

- Project management (development of project plans, process support and definition of roles)
- Stakeholder analysis
- change management

In addition, we can quickly establish contact with European partner locations with a relevant thematic focus.

Why does the Inhouse Consulting exist?

Europe's future is in our hands. We have the opportunity to help ensure that the European Union continues to act progressively for its citizens in the years to come. As in-house consultants, we help to overcome obstacles and bring more Europe to OVGU. This is how OVGU is rethinking the future together, also in Europe.
